Hosting provider, telephone and email providers, accountant and public authorities where required by law. Data is not disclosed or sold.
5. Third-party services
The website contains a Google Maps map on the Contact page and links to Google, Facebook and Instagram, which process data according to their own privacy policies, also outside the EU on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking; tax documents for 10 years as required by law.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to baccaladivino@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
